I've only raced mt bikes, but the fitness achieved to race on the road must be awesome.Betty Mountain Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08041641528000116500noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4998591703377858995.post-60934399521367354432011-02-21T17:26:11.798-08:002011-02-21T17:26:11.798-08:00I made the most out of the warm spell we had in NY...I made the most out of the warm spell we had in NY last week and took a nice long bike ride. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fitness I've maintained. Makes me wonder if I should finally give road racing a try.

Have fun pulling out your bike gear, such a fun activity (sort of like Christmas all over again).Beth @ Mud and Manoloshttp://mudandmanolos.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4998591703377858995.post-74712603174414808302011-02-21T12:53:53.204-08:002011-02-21T12:53:53.204-08:00hey Jessica- Thanks for your comment! My boyfriend just finished a 100 mile mountain bike race and the best I have been doing is spin class twice a week since December. I panic about being too out of shape to keep up.Jessicahttp://www.YouDidWhatWithYourWeiner.comnoreply@blogger.com
